Who is responsible
Baynor GmbH, Maschinengasse 7, 6330 Cham, Switzerland, is the controller of the personal data described here, within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. For anything in this notice, write to info@mycerne.com.
The short version
If you join the waitlist, we keep your name and your email address. That is the only personal data this site sends to us. Everything you do in the demonstration record stays inside your own browser and never reaches us at all.
The waitlist
When you join the waitlist we keep the name and email address you give us, and a note of which page you joined from. We use them for one purpose: to contact you about Cerne. We do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else, and we do not share or sell the list.
What stays in your browser
Anything you write, record or arrange inside the demonstration record is stored by your own browser, on your own device, using its local storage. It is not transmitted to us and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser's storage for this site erases it permanently, and we hold no copy.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, named cerne-gate. It records only whether a valid password has been entered, so that you are not asked again on every page. It is strictly necessary for the closed preview to work, it cannot be read by scripts, and it expires after thirty days. We use no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers, which is why this site shows you no cookie banner.
Never used to train anything
Nothing you give Cerne is sold, mined, or used to train a model. This is not a policy we intend to revisit.
Where it is kept

How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to remove yours, or until the waitlist is closed and no longer needed.
Your rights
Under Swiss data protection law you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask for a copy in a portable form, or object to our use of it. Write to info@mycerne.com and we will answer. You also have the right to complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Bern.
Changes
We may revise this notice as Cerne develops. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
